Returns and exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

Did you receive a item and didn't like? Or receive a wrong item? No problem you can send back your items after receive the products within 14 days. 

All products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging, cause of the hygiene reasons.  We can not offer any refunds, if any goods  have been opened or worn. If you receive an item based on unwanted items or damaged or faulty items, please feel free to contact us at hello@aylashes.com within 14 days for an exchange or refund.Due an exclusive/sale offer, we do not accept any refunds or exchanges/unwanted.

Note: If you have apply for an refund please allow us 10 business days for a refund.

Good to know: All our eyelashes are 100% handmade, do not worry if sometimes each one can be slightly different. This would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.

Get a Refund 

Once your return was proven and inspected, we will inform you by email about the item is received or the item was refunded.

Exchange items

To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@aylashes.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  Until the item reaches us, you are responsible for it.

Please DO NOT use a courier service when returning from outside the EU because the clearance fees will be excessive. We will either refuse the return or charge the fees back to you. The value of the parcel must be listed as "ZERO" and there must be a clear indication on both the customs form and the parcel itself that the parcel is a returned item. We cannot accept parcels that incur duty charges.

In the case of incorrect or faulty items, Aylashes will not pay postage fees. You may have to wait a while for your exchanged product to arrive, depending on where you live.

Discounts and special Deals

Discount codes are provided exclusively by Aylashes LTD.  Separate discount codes/offers cannot be combined.
